Descrição:
(Walther & Gryl, 2019): “Shell small, solid, elongate-conical, around 4 times as high as wide. Protoconch of 1¾ whorls, reddish brown (but bleached in most of the shells), smooth in the upper part, sculptured in the lower part with many microscopic nodules arranged in rows (Fig. 2). Teleoconch with prominent axial ribs (15–20 ribs on each of the last and penultimate whorls) and finely incised spiral striae on the ribs and the intervening spaces.
Whorls 9–11, flat, and separated by a deeply impressed suture. Last whorl 0.34–0.40 of shell height. Aperture small, ovate, slightly oblique. Terminations of peristome joined by a moderately thin parietal callus. Outer lip expanded and reflexed, slightly thickened. Umbilicus very narrow and deep, surrounded by a weak keel.”
