Comentários:  Segundo Miranda at al. 2023: “for some time there has been controversy (Cheatum and Fullington, 1973; Thompson, 2011), as to whether Gastrocopta pellucida hordeacella is dis-tinct from the nominotypical G. p. pellucida (L. Pfeiffer, 1841). We follow the Brazilian authors cited above as well as Thompson (loc. cit.) in separating the two taxa”
